SaintsWatch

Terms of Service

Last updated November 3, 2026

Using SaintsWatch

SaintsWatch is provided by Set Apart Co. to help church and congregation safety teams coordinate. By using it, you agree to these terms. You are responsible for your account and for what your team enters in the app.

Not an emergency service

SaintsWatch is not an emergency service and does not contact police, fire, or medical responders. In an emergency, call 911. Alerts travel over email and mobile networks, so delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed or fail. Do not rely on SaintsWatch as your only means of communication during an emergency.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew until canceled. You can cancel during your free trial and you will not be charged. After that, you can cancel at any time.

Text alerts

SaintsWatch sends emergency alert text messages to safety team members who opt in. Your church's team sends these alerts during emergencies and drills, and an all-clear message may follow.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Text alerts are available on US mobile numbers.

For help, email support@saintswatch.com.

Limitation of liability

SaintsWatch is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Set Apart Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses caused by a delayed or undelivered alert.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Questions can go to support@saintswatch.com or PO Box 1718, Crestline, CA 92325.
