SaintsWatch is a church safety-team app from Set Apart Co. You can reach us at support@saintswatch.com or PO Box 1718, Crestline, CA 92325.
We collect account details such as name, email address, and phone number. We also store what your team enters in the app, including schedules, incident reports, photos, emergency contacts, documents, training records, and background check status. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we do not store full card numbers.
We use this information to run SaintsWatch, deliver schedules and emergency alerts, provide support, and manage subscriptions. We do not sell personal information.
Your church's information is visible to the team members your church invites, based on their roles. We share information with the service providers that run the app, such as our hosting, email, payment, and text message providers, only so they can provide those services. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
If you opt in to text alerts, we store your mobile number, the date you agreed, and the wording version you agreed to. We send your number and the alert message to our text provider, Twilio, so the message can be delivered. Mobile numbers and text consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
You can update your account details in the app. You can turn off text alerts in Settings or reply STOP to any text. To ask about or delete your information, email support@saintswatch.com.
